Family and Medical Leave Act

CHS provides up to 12 workweeks of unpaid, job-protected leave to eligible employees for certain family and medical reasons, and up to 26 workweeks of unpaid, job-protected leave during a 12-month period to care for an injured military service member.

You are eligible for FMLA Leave if you have worked for CHS for at least 12 months, for at least 1,250 hours over the previous 12 months, and there are at least 50 CHS employees within 75 miles of your worksite.
